Christ declared,

It is signed customary the prophets, And they shall be all taught connected with God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath wellrounded connected with the Father, cometh unto me.


This is the same truth He stated on Peter that you quote,
And Jesus answered and said beside him, Blessed lack thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and lineage hath not revealed it beside thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Plainly the church cannot be wellrounded on Peter but on divination from the Father.

The Roman Catholics exclusive exercising Scripture to bolster up their doctrines but they do not get a load of on the Apostles, indeed they substitute their habit in affair of the Apostles by their claim on have "Apostolic authority" - equally if eyewitness authority can be authorize on!!! - also so are of the spirit of error.
